关键的地方就是：(x��)
1、在HQL中PeptideCountForm必须是全路径的classname
2、PeptideCountForm有一个完全吻合的constructor

在Hibernate的配�|�中�Q�我目前是采用Annotation的方式，不过原理应该都一栗��?br>
对于如下的属性：(x��)

@Lob(type = LobType.CLOB, fetch = FetchType.LAZY)

    return dtaContent;
}
Hibernate�?x��)默认对应到MySQL的Text上去。Text是有65535字节限制的�?br>

�Ҏ(gu��)��Q?br> private String dtaContent;

@Lob(type = LobType.CLOB, fetch = FetchType.LAZY)
@Column(length = 16777215)
public String getDtaContent() {
    return dtaContent;
}
Hibernate�?x��)对应到MySQL的MeduimText上去。MedumnText最�?6777215字节�?br>

今天遇到一个问题就是，如何讄��多选情况下的默认��|��|�上有些��下面是可行的�Q?br>

�q�里�Q�experimenters是projectForm的属性，�c�d��为String[]
msms_experimenterlist是保存在request中的一个set�Q�email是UserInfo的属性，�c�d��为String�?br>
昄��以及(qi��ng)传递到/projectUpdate.do对应的Action都正常，但是如果�l�projectForm的experimenters讄��了初始��|��在真实显�C�的时候，多选框中�ƈ没有讄��q�些初始��|��很是�ȝ��?br>
虽然最后通过jsp的方法解冻I��L��不爽阿：(x��)

�׃��通过tomcat的manager无法完全清除msms目录�Q�导致重新deploy�?x��)无效，于是惛_��了怪招�Q?br>
















首先通过调用shutdown.bat�Q�而且不设�|�spawn="true"�Q�这样就�?x��)有一个cmd�H�口在那里留着�Q�可以看着tomcat停掉了，然后�? 闭这个cmd�H�口�Q�ant才会(x��)�l�箋向下执行删除和拷贝，然后自动启动tomcat。虽然看上去比较怪，好歹�q�算��用�Q�哈哈�?br>

下蝲了Hibernate3.1�~�译�Q�无论通过build.bat�q�是ant jar都会(x��)出错。前者会(x��)说找不到javac�Q�我晕倒。后者说antlr/Tool找不到�?br>
后来在hibernate�|�站�?http://www.hibernate.org/6.html)看到�Q?br>

Fixing Ant classpath/plugin issues

You may need to add junit.jar to your $ANT_HOME/lib directory if it is not there already, or alternatively remove the $ANT_HOME/lib/ant-junit.jar file. For Hibernate3, repeat the steps above, but also copy lib/antlr.jar or remove the $ANT_HOME/lib/ant-antlr.jar file.

These steps are necessary because Ant ships with plugin stub libraries in its classpath, so Ant plugins for JUnit or Antlr can't be used without copying or removing files. If you don't have Ant installed on your machine or don't want to mess with the default Ant installation then, on Windows, just run build.bat to use the bundled Ant libraries.

昨天的错误至今无法修正，即��重装了Tomcat也不行�?br>
不过�Q�deploy��C��台l(f��)inux服务器上倒都成功了�?br>





















�q�里跟昨天的代码有一点不一��P��(x��)
1、localWar�Ҏ(gu��)��了war�?br> 原来更新�q�程服务器的时候，��L��昄��更新成功�Q�但是到webapps目录下��L��没有相应的war文�g�Q�通过调用
ant list-web
发现�Q�有一个context-path是dist/msms�Q�而且是stop状态。哦�Q�原来localWar的意思不是指开发的机器的local path�Q�而是指把�q�个war被写到服务器的什么地斏V��改成war��正�怺��?br>
2、不需要判断是否已�l�deploy�q�而调用undeploy了，直接通过update="true"更新��可以了�?br>

今天研究对象是Ant�Q�用于对msms�pȝ��q�行Tomcat的自动部�|�Ӏ?br>
遇到一个怪问题，百思不得其解：(x��)
通过ant depoly可以把msms.war部��v到tomcat上。当�Ӟ��要求�q�时候webapps下面没有msms目录�?br> 看tomcat的纪录，加蝲msms.war正常�Q�网��也可以打开�?br>
通过ant undeploy�Q�可以把msms卸蝲。Tomcat昄��Q?br> Undeploying context [/msms]
正常卸蝲了。问题是�Q�去看webapps目录下面�Q�居然有一个msms目录的残骸，里面保留的目录是
WEB-INF\lib
有以下几个文件残留着�Q?br> commons-digester.jar
commons-validator.jar
struts.jar

�q�时候msms目录也无法手工删除，必须停掉tomcat后才能删除�?br>
我装的tomcat�?.5。不知道是否�q�有人遇到过�q�种情况�Q�我反正是晕了�?br>
build.properties文�g如下�Q?br> tomcat.dir=C:/ApacheGroup/Tomcat5.5

有一个查询是要一�ơ性把一个项目中所有涉�?qi��ng)的sequest out文�g都找出来�Q�显�C�在界面。数千个��是��的�Q�但昄��W�一�ơ后�Q�如果刷斎ͼ��׃��(x��)出现OutOfMemory。根据深入浅出Hibernate里面�? 刎ͼ�因�ؓ(f��)Hibernate把所有查询到的记录都攑֜�session中，��D��内存不够。于是在ProjectAction的execute中，�?br>     Session session = HibernateUtil.currentSession();
后面加上�Q?nbsp;
    session.flush();
    session.clear();

最�q��用Struts和Hibernate开发了一个磷酸化肽段的质谱数据显�C�系�l?msms)�Q�有一些开发时的经验和感想�Q�留在这里作为查询和�U�念。这是第一条经验：(x��)jsp-api.jar和servlet-api.jar是Tomcat特异的�?br>
�? 天新安装Tomcat 5.5�Q�把msms从原来的Tomcat 5.0的webapps拷到5.5下面�Q�运行出错。是intenal error。检查了所有需要的包都在，数据库连接也正常�Q�hibernate没问题，��N��是Struts出错了？�|�上找了好多资料�Q�最后看��C��文章说�Q? 可能是在WEB-INF/lib下面多了与Tomcat不兼容的jsp-api.jar和servlet-api.jar。想��Cؓ(f��)了��Eclipse�~�译所需要的jar都在一��P��把Tomcat5.0的两个jar攑ֈ�了WEB-INF/lib下，估计��是�q�个问题了。删除后�Q�重起Tomcat�Q�OK�?br>
