如果某jar包的META-INF目錄下存在對(duì)應(yīng)的tld文件，那么對(duì)于JSP1.2+的web 容器，
若把此jar包放在WEB-INF/lib目錄下，可以直接引用標(biāo)簽，
不用再web.xml里面配置taglib；
