		1、安裝eclipse的jrebel插件
    Help » Install New Software
    然后通過 如下 URL  http://www.zeroturnaround.com/update-site/
    如果要離線下載的話，可以通過下載離線包的方式進行 http://www.zeroturnaround.com/update-site/update-site.zip
    JRebel安裝使用說明

    2、下載jrebel5破解版
        下載jrebel5破解版以后解壓到D盤根目錄即可
        下載地址 ：http://download.csdn.net/detail/lushengdi/5080360
        配置jrebel破解版JAR包的路徑 ：
     
     
    3、配置jetty實現(xiàn)熱部署
        這是為jetty加載jrebel的關(guān)鍵。
        項目右鍵 》 run as 》 run configuation.. 》 點擊jetty項目
        在mvn jetty:run的JRE管理選項卡中的VM參數(shù)中加入
          -noverify -javaagent:d:/jrebel/jrebel.jar
          
        現(xiàn)在在eclipse中啟動mvn jetty:run，jrebel將被加載，修改java代碼可以不重啟jetty而熱部署生效了，
        修改java文件后自動在輸出窗口中顯示重新加載的信息
