    第一章  軟硬件清單
    開始安裝前請仔細檢查以下內(nèi)容是否齊全
    硬件設(shè)備
    IBM P510 兩臺
    DS4300  陣列柜一臺,含 4 塊300G光纖硬盤
    盤柜相關(guān)附件(串口線 2 根,光纖線 2 根)
    HP DL380  兩臺
    HP KVM 模塊及液晶顯示器
    IBM,HP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)42U機柜各一個,IBM機柜含PDU模塊
    其他隨機附件
     
    軟件
    AIX5.3 系統(tǒng)安裝光盤
    AIX5.3 update 補丁光盤
    AIX5.3 HACMP安裝光盤
    Oracle9i for AIX  安裝光盤
    Weblogic for AIX5L 安裝光盤
    Unzip 解壓工具包
    Windows 2003 server

    第二章  硬件安裝
    1.  機柜安裝
    旋轉(zhuǎn)IBM機柜底部四個支腳螺絲升起IBM機柜,將機柜移動至合適位置。確定好機
    柜位置后(請考慮電源和網(wǎng)線介入方便)
    2.  按照組裝圖拼裝HP機柜。
    3.  將所有機器安裝到機柜上,并接好 UPS 電源。
    第三章  盤柜配置
    1.  接上盤柜電源,打開電源開關(guān)
    2.  盤柜啟動完成后,接通網(wǎng)線到交換機
    3.  在本機上安裝 ibm 存儲管理軟件 storage manager 9,并確定能 ping 192.168.128.101
     (默認(rèn)配置IP:192.168.128.101/102 255.255.255.0)
    4.  使用 storage manager 9連接到盤柜進行配置
    5.  劃分邏輯驅(qū)動器大小為 50G 每個,共11 個
    第四章  操作系統(tǒng)安裝
    基本操作系統(tǒng)安裝
       打開主機電源。   連接好系統(tǒng)終端,把第一張安裝介質(zhì)(磁帶、光碟)插入驅(qū)動器。   在開機后按<F5>(圖形終端)進入系統(tǒng)安裝畫面。   當(dāng)終端顯示如下信息時:
     
    ☆☆☆☆☆☆Please define the system console☆☆☆☆☆☆
    Type a 1 and press enter to use this terminal as the system console.

    這是系統(tǒng)安裝的默認(rèn)設(shè)置,用戶可以根據(jù)需要進行修改。
    與此同時,在屏幕的右下角會出現(xiàn)如下的警告信息:
     
    WARNING:Base Operating system installation will destroy or impair recovery of ALL data on the   
    destination disk hdisk0. 
     
     
    以上是提醒用戶安裝系統(tǒng)的后果將破壞用戶原有的硬盤上的數(shù)據(jù)。
    安裝時可以選擇保護安裝(Preserve install) 或完全覆蓋安裝(New and complete overwrite)。
     
    我們這里選擇安裝類型為全新安裝,磁盤 hdisk0,語言 English(United States)—選項 48,其
    他默認(rèn)。
     
       設(shè)置完畢選擇 0  安裝即開始,屏幕將不斷顯示安裝的進行情況,中間過程中按照提示
    換盤。當(dāng) BOS 安裝完畢系統(tǒng)將自動重啟,否則在 BOS 安裝完畢時屏幕會再次提示擰
    鑰匙并處于等待狀態(tài)。
       系統(tǒng)重新啟動后,屏幕會提示輸入終端類型,鍵入主控臺的類型(vt100 或 ibm3151),
    此后將出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)置屏,用上下鍵移動亮條進行基本系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的設(shè)置:
     
    ★set date and time  設(shè)置 time zone 選擇 cur+8
    ★set root password  分兩次輸入相同口令,即可設(shè)置成功,移動光標(biāo)至 Task complete-Exit to
    AIX LOGIN 退出。
    ★其他暫不設(shè)置
     
    注意:不能用 F3 或 F10鍵退出,而應(yīng)選菜單以通知操作系統(tǒng)設(shè)置任務(wù)已完成;否則,在下
    次啟機時仍會自動進入系統(tǒng)設(shè)置畫面。同時如果終端類型輸入錯誤,屏幕顯示將不可預(yù)料,
    此時可以用 ctrl-c 退出,重新輸入。
    至此,BOS安裝完畢,以后啟動機器時將不會有配置信息,直接出現(xiàn)LOGIN提示符。
    擴展軟件包的安裝
     
    操作系統(tǒng)安裝完成后,我們下面將進行操作系統(tǒng)擴展軟件包的安裝,其具體安裝步驟如下:
     1、以root用戶登錄系統(tǒng)。
     
    2、在“workspace”中打開一個終端并裝載光驅(qū)
    mount –v cdrfs –o ro /dev/cd0 /mnt
    3、在命令提示符下執(zhí)行以下命令安裝擴展包
    # smitty install
    F4選擇安裝文件集:
    bos.data,bos.compat,bos.perf,bos.clvm,bos.adt
    x11.dt,x11.compat,rsct.basic,rsct.core,rsct.compat
    4、安裝過程中請根據(jù)提示更換光盤
    操作系統(tǒng)參數(shù)調(diào)整
    完成擴展包安裝后,調(diào)整系統(tǒng)相關(guān)參數(shù)
    1、修改paging size
     Smittysystem storage managementlogical volume managerpaging sizechange/show
    characteristics of a paging size
     增加28 個LP(默認(rèn)為ps為512M,lp為128M)
     lsps –a 可查看大小為4G
    2、修改floating license
    Smittysystem environmentchange /show number of Licensed Usersfloating licensing

    3、增加tty設(shè)備
      Smitty ttyadd a tty
    類型選擇:tty rs232 Asynchronous Terminal,port number為0
    4、設(shè)置異步IO

    5.  重起系統(tǒng)

    第五章  安裝 HACMP軟件包
    開始安裝
    1、 插入hacmp光盤
    2、 mount –v cdrfs –o ro /dev/cd0 /mnt
    3、 smitty install
    4、 按F4選擇安裝的文件集:除了cluster.hativoli,cluster.haview,rsct.exp的 包以外,所有
    的hacmp的包都要安裝。
    重啟機器
    Shutdown -Fr
    第六章  配置卷組
    盤柜配置完成后可開始創(chuàng)建datavg
    (如果在開機后接入光纖線,請運行 cfgmgr,正確情況下 lsdev  –Cc  disk 應(yīng)該能看到
    hdisk2,hdisk3…..hdisk12)

    用同樣的方法創(chuàng)建webvg(PV:hdisk12)
    將建好的datavg,webvg import到另外一臺服務(wù)器上并安裝Oracle。
    在1號機varyoffvg datavg,然后在2號機import vg。

    將腳本mkgrv40lv.sh上傳到任一服務(wù)器執(zhí)行(注意要先varyonvg)

    第七章 oracle安裝
    Oracle軟件安裝
    1.  在rootvg上建立臨時文件系統(tǒng)/oracle_install,大小10G用于存放安裝文件
    建立文件系統(tǒng)/oracle用戶作為oracle安裝目錄,大小10G
    設(shè)置tmp目錄,確保tmp目錄足夠(2G),若tmp滿后導(dǎo)致tmp目錄不能擴展
    2.  smitty groupadd a group創(chuàng)建dba組(ID:1000)和oinstall組(ID:2000)
    3.  smitty user創(chuàng)建oracle用戶(ID:2000),primary group為dba,group set為system,adm,dba,oinstall
    home:/home/oracle,
    4.  拷貝(或以二進制模式ftp)安裝介質(zhì)到臨時目錄/oracle_install(三個.zip文件及一個9207補丁包)
    在/oracle_install目錄下建立1,2,3,4四個目錄用于存放安裝文件
    su – oracle
    cd /oracle_install
    mkdir 1
    mkdir 2
    mkdir 3
    mkdir 4
    分別插入oracle安裝盤1,2,3,4,將安裝文件拷貝到/oracle_install的1,2,3,4目錄下
    mount –v cdrfs –o ro /dev/cd0 /mnt
    cp –r /mnt/* /oracle_install/1
    unmount /mnt –彈出光盤
    5.  安裝unzip命令解壓安裝文件(正版安裝光盤不需解壓)
       將unzip解壓包unz550x-aix5L.tar.Z上傳到/oracle_install目錄,使用uncompress命令解壓
       uncompress unz550x-aix5L.tar.Z --得到 unz550x-aix5L.tar
       使用tar命令解壓 tar -vxf unz550x-aix5L.tar  --在解壓出來的unzip-5.50目錄下的unzip
       使用unzip解壓補丁包文件 ./unzip -d /oracle_install/9207 /oracle_install/9207.zip
       如果安裝文件是zip文件,則用相同的方法進行解壓
    6.  用smitty完成創(chuàng)建DBA(1000)組和oracle(2000)用戶
    oracle用戶基本組為dba,參數(shù) soft file size修改為-1,soft data segment 修改為-1,soft stack
    size 修改為-1,soft core file size修改為-1
        創(chuàng)建oinstall組(1001)
    7.  編輯.profile文件如下

    8.  開始安裝
    su - oracle
    cd /oracle_install/1
    ./runInstaller
    9.  安裝過程中請根據(jù)提示以root用戶執(zhí)行相關(guān)腳本
    補丁包安裝(9207)
    1、 將補丁安裝文件拷貝到/oracle_install/9207 目錄下
    2、 修改目錄權(quán)限
    chown –R oracle:dba /oracle_install/9207
    chmod –R 777 /oracle_install/9207
    3、 執(zhí)行安裝文件./runInstaller,鍵入 y并回車,系統(tǒng)將彈出圖形化安裝界面
    4、 安裝過程根據(jù)提示以 root 用戶執(zhí)行相關(guān)腳本
    創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫
    以oracle用戶運行dbca,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫。
    若圖形界面出不來,請確定DISPLAY是否設(shè)置正確
    以root用戶執(zhí)行xhost +
    以oracle用戶執(zhí)行export DISPLAY=172.19.74.197:0.0
    在圖形界面中設(shè)置相關(guān)參數(shù),最后保存成建庫腳本執(zhí)行。
    (因為這里用的是裸設(shè)備所以用腳本執(zhí)行,而不是直接建庫)
    --9207不能啟動dbca/dbua問題
    There's a known problem on AIX, if database was patched omitting patchset 9.2.0.4 :
    Problem is: library libnjni9.so was not included into later patchsets,but is needed by DBCA/DBUA .
    Try the following (before doing this check if libnjni9.so is really missing and we don't have
    another problem)
    1) Download the 9.2.0.4.0 patchset <Bug: 3095277> from Metalink and stage on the server.
    2) $ cd <9204 staging area>/Disk1/stage/Patches/oracle.rsf.hybrid/9.2.0.3.0/1/DataFiles
    3) $ cp group.1.1.jar /tmp/.
    4) $ cd /tmp
    5) $ jar xvf group.1.1.jar libnjni9.so --用root用戶執(zhí)行
    6) $ mv libnjni9.so $ORACLE_HOME/lib32/. 
    7) Retry DBUA and DBCA

    第九章  測試 HACMP
    節(jié)點接管測試
    1)啟動主機及備機的HACMP 軟件
    注意:先啟動主機上的HA,確認(rèn)主機完全啟動完畢后,再啟動備機上的HA。以避免資源爭用現(xiàn)象。
    2) 在主機:
     - 用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主網(wǎng)卡使用service IP address,備用網(wǎng)卡使用standby
    IP address.
       
    用指令"lsvg -o"檢查vary on 的VG.
       # lsvg –o
    rootvg
    datavg (若該分區(qū)使用共享卷組datavg)
     
     - 確認(rèn)應(yīng)用正常啟動.(測試HA階段暫不進行此項測試)
    3)在備機:
     - 用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主網(wǎng)卡使用service IP address,備用網(wǎng)卡使用standby
    IP address.
     
    用指令"lsvg -o"檢查vary on 的VG.
       # lsvg –o
    rootvg
     
    4)在主機:
     - 用指令"smitty clstop",選擇Takeover方式停止主機的HACMP并使備機接管.(另一種方式是直接
    按主機的reset鍵使其reboot.)
    5)在備機:
     - 等待接管過程完全結(jié)束.
    用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主機 的service IP address已被備用網(wǎng)卡接管.
    用指令"lsvg -o"檢查vary on 的VG.
    # lsvg –o
    rootvg
    datavg(若該分區(qū)使用共享卷組datavg)
     
    - 確認(rèn)應(yīng)用程序正常啟動(同前).
     
    6)在主機:
     - 啟動機器及HACMP
     - 觀察主機恢復(fù)正常.
     
    網(wǎng)卡接管測試
     
    1)啟動主機及備機的HACMP 軟件
    2)在主機:
     - 用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主網(wǎng)卡使用service IP address,備用網(wǎng)卡使用standby
    IP address.
     - 用指令"lsvg -o"檢查vary on 的VG.
     - 確認(rèn)屬于主機的應(yīng)用正常.
    3)在備機:
     - 用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主網(wǎng)卡使用service IP address,備用網(wǎng)卡使用st
    IP address.
     - 用指令"lsvg -o"檢查vary on 的VG.
     - 確認(rèn)屬于備機的應(yīng)用正常(如果存在).
    4)在主機:
     - 拔掉service網(wǎng)卡接線.
     - 等待網(wǎng)卡接管完畢.
     - 用指令"netstat -i"檢查IP address,確認(rèn)主網(wǎng)卡service IP adress被standby網(wǎng)卡接管
     - 確認(rèn)屬于主機的應(yīng)用正常.
     - 恢復(fù)service網(wǎng)卡接線,這時service地址仍在原來的Standby網(wǎng)卡上.
    修改網(wǎng)關(guān)
    一、刪除 odm庫中的老的網(wǎng)關(guān)(172.9.66.1)
    、odmget CuAt|grep 172.19.66.1
    、odmget -q "value =net,-hopcount,0,,0,172.19.66.1" CuAt
    、odmdelete -q "value =net,-hopcount,0,,0,172.19.66.1" -o CuAt
    二、smitty tcpip
    選擇最小化配置,加入或修改默認(rèn)網(wǎng)關(guān)
     
    --尚需加入 weblogic 安裝及雙機配置,GRV4.0 系統(tǒng)的部署,數(shù)據(jù)庫表空間的劃分

    建立文件系統(tǒng) weblogic_install (2G)用于存放安裝文件 smitty fs
    建立文件系統(tǒng) weblogic作為 weblogic 安裝目錄
     
    編輯.profile 文件,加入環(huán)境變量
    PATH=/usr/java14/bin:$PATH; export PATH
    CLASSPATH=/oracle/product/9.2.0/jdbc/lib;export CLASSPATH
    安裝前注意/weblogic,/weblogic_install的權(quán)限。                       
       
       插入 weblogic 安裝光盤
      
    mount –v cdrfs –o ro /dev/cd0 /mnt
    su -weblogic
      cd /mnt
    java –pj_server813_generic.jar
    開始安裝 weblogic
    選擇 home 目錄為/weblogic,完全安裝
     
    安裝完成后配置 domain
    su – weblogic
    cd /weblogic/weblogic81/common/bin
    ./config.sh
