修改背景色：
1、window->Preference
2、General->Editors
3、Text Editors->Appearance color options->background color
4、 勾掉System Default，->color->確定。
5、Apply
修改字體：
1、Window -> Preference
2、General -> Appearance
3、Colors and Fonts -> Basic -> Text Font
