Putty 0.60 中文顯示和輸入：
* 遠程 Linux 主機用 UTF-8 的 locale，比如 en_US.UTF-8，可以用 locale 命令確認。
* Putty 設置：Window->Appearance: Font 設置為 Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, 10 pt
Window->Translation: Character set translation 設置為 UTF-8
注：設置 Putty 時先選擇 Session->Saved Sessions 中的 "Default Settings"，設置好后點擊 Saved Sessions 對應的 save 按鈕才能保存為默認設置，對其它會話需要重填 IP 并在設置好后點擊這個 save 按鈕才能保存設置。
對 GB2312/GBK 的 locale，選擇新宋體，編碼選擇 "use font encoding"。
