            類的基本UML表示法是一個由三個水平部分組成的矩形。頂端部分用來填寫類的名字, 中間部分用來填寫屬性, 底端部分用來填寫類的操作(方法)。根據需要的細節程度,中間和底端部分可以不被包含。
            關聯通過類之間的連線來表示,通常標注上關聯名稱。
            繼承的表示法是一個有三角箭頭的連線,箭頭指向更為通用的類(超類)。
            聚合的表示法是一個有空心菱形的連線,菱形指向整體類。組成使用實心菱形
            依賴關系在語言中體現為局部變量,方法參量,以及對靜態方法的調用。
            UML通過使用一個空心的三角箭頭指向泛化來表示繼承。
            在UML中, 接口的表示大部分類似于類的表示, 但是包括了<<interface>>或一個圓圈,  以表明它是一個接口而不是一個類, 接口沒有任何屬性, 因此屬性部分通常被省略.實現接口的類使用一個虛線來實現連接, 而不是使用實線的泛化連接.

    電話英語:接到英語電話時要說的話

     

    應急用語<說明>不擅長說英語的人接到英語電話時,千萬不要手足無措,可用下述幾種方式沉著應答。

     

    (1) 請稍待片刻。

    Just a moment, please.

    (2) 請別掛斷。我找一位會說英語的人來。

    Hold the line, please. I'll get an English speaker.

    (3) 請等一下。我找個人來聽。

    Hold on, please. I'll get someone to the phone.

    (4) 很抱歉,我英語說得不好。我找位會講英語的人稍后回電話給你。請教您的大名及電話號碼?

    接電話的開場白<說明>拿起話筒的時候,可先用"Hello." "Good morning." "Good afternoon."等問候對方,并報上自己的公司名、部門名、姓名等,如此可予人態度親切的感覺。

    平時在PL/SQL中的編程中遇到一些問題,這里以問答的形式來進行把它們總結下來,以供大家分享。  
      
      1、當需要向表中裝載大量的數據流或者需要處理大量的數據流的時候,能否使用管道提高處理效率?
      

      管道函數對于改善并行查詢的性能非常方便,它加快往表中加載數據的速度。管道函數的使用總結如下兩點:
      
      每當在查詢里使用PL/SQL函數時,該查詢將被序列化,即一個處理器只能運行一個查詢實例,那么在這種情況下不可能使用并行查詢(比如在數據倉庫中要經常使用這項技術)。因此,為了使用并行查詢就必須使用管道函數,這樣也就加快了執行的速度。
      
      管道函數的輸入參數必須是一個引用記錄集類型(即ref cursor),而返回的是嵌套表類型(其表中每一行對應每一個引用記錄)。在使用管道函數之前,必須先在程序頭寫上PARALLEL_ENABLE,這樣才能在查詢語句中使用管道函數來處理了。
      
      2. 如何使PL/SQL程序等待一段時間執行?
      

      方法就是使用DBMS_LOCK包的SLEEP函數,可以進行精確定時,其語法為:
      
      DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP (seconds IN NUMBER);
      
      3.需要在一張表插入一條記錄之后等若干秒后再執行另外一個操作,如何在PL/SQL程序里進行定時操作?
      

      一般的做法是用循環作延遲,利用 DBMS_UTILITY的gettime函數來檢測當前的時間,程序代碼如下:

      4.當PL/SQL返回一個數據集的時候,該使用集合還是游標?
      

      一般情況下,有以下兩點作為依據:
      
      1) 如果PL/SQL程序返回多多行數據給另外一個PL/SQL程序的話,這里就建議使用集合,因為這樣可以利用集合的批收集(bulk collection)來提高從數據庫提取數據的速度。
      
      2) 如果需要在PL/SQL程序的環境中把數據返回到宿主語言環境中(如Sql*plus,c,delphi等),這時應該使用游標變量來返回這些數據,因為幾乎所有的宿主語言都支持游標變量,但不是所有的宿主語言都支持集合。這樣可以增強程序的可移植性。
      
      5.如何更有效的在PL/SQL中使用游標?
      

      游標是PL/SQL中一個非常重要的概念,對數據庫的檢索主要依靠游標來操作。在PL/SQL中有兩類游標,一類是隱式游標,如select clno into v_clno from table_detail.另外一類是顯式游標,如cursor v_cur is select clno from table_detail。對于游標的使用這里給出以下幾點建議:
      
      1) 盡可能的使用bulk collection。它能夠較大的提高運行性能,在Oracl9i的第二版,甚至可以使用bulk collection來直接將數據寫入到記錄表
      
      2) 盡量使用顯式游標來處理,因為相對于隱式游標來說,顯式游標的速度更快一些。
      
      3) 如果查詢的表很小或者是靜態的,可以把該表緩存到一個包級的集合里。這樣,你的查詢函數就直接從集合里(即進程全局區,PGA cache),而不是從系統全局區(SGA)來取數據,這樣的處理速度會提升很多。

    在你的工作中是否會為了某個活動要隨機取出一些符合條件的EMAIL或者手機號碼用戶,來頒發獲獎通知或其它消息?
      
      如果是的話,可以用oracle里生成隨機數的PL/SQL, 目錄文件名在:/ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmsrand.sql。
      
      用之前先要在sys用戶下編譯:
      
      SQL>@/ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmsrand.sql
      
      它實際是在sys用戶下生成一個dbms_random程序包,同時生成公有同義詞,并授權給所有數據庫用戶有執行的權限。
      
      使用dbms_random程序包, 取出隨機數據的方法:
      
      1. 先創建一個唯一增長的序列號tmp_id
      
      create sequence tmp_id increment by 1 start with 1 maxvalue 9999999 nocycle nocache;
      
      2. 然后創建一個臨時表tmp_1,把符合本次活動條件的記錄全部取出來。
      
      create table tmp_1 as select tmp_id.nextval as id,email,mobileno from 表名 where 條件;
      
      找到最大的id號:
      
      select max(id) from tmp_1;
      
      假設為5000
      
      3. 設定一個生成隨機數的種子
      
      execute dbms_random.seed(12345678);
      
      或者
      
      execute dbms_random.seed(TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,'MM-DD-YYYY HH24:MI:SS'));
      
      4. 調用隨機數生成函數dbms_random.value生成臨時表tmp_2
      
      假設隨機取200個
      
      create table tmp_2 as select trunc(dbms_random.value(1,5000)) as id from tmp_1 where rownum<201;
      
      [ 說明:dbms_random.value(1,5000)是取1到5000間的隨機數,會有小數,
      trunc函數對隨機數字取整,才能和臨時表的整數ID字段相對應。
      
      注意:如果tmp_1記錄比較多(10萬條以上),也可以找一個約大于兩百行的表(假如是tmp_3)來生成tmp_2

      在PL/SQL程序中定義的游標叫做顯式游標。
      
      A.顯式游標的處理由四個部分組成:

      異常處理是用來處理正常執行過程中未預料的事件。如果PL/SQL程序塊一旦產生異常而又沒有指出如何處理時,程序會自動終止。
      
      異常處理部分放在PL/SQL的后半部分,結構為:

      WHEN first_exception THEN <code to handle first exception>
      WHEN second_exception THEN <code to handle second exception>
      WHEN OTHERS THEN <code to handle second exception> --OTHERS必須放在最后
      
      異常分為預定義和用戶定義兩種。
      
      用戶定義的異常是通過顯式使用RAISE語句來引發。如

      可以使用RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR來創建自己的錯誤處理:
