一個關(guān)鍵點：
如果courier-authlib安裝到非標準位置（例如安裝到/usr/local下），一定記得在./configure時增加-- without-stdheaderdir，這樣以后在編譯Courier-IMAP和maildrop的時候，不用特別指定courier- authlib的庫文件位置

增加"/usr/local/courier-authlib/lib/courier-authlib"到你的"/etc/ld.so.conf"，并執(zhí)行l(wèi)dconfig命令。

啟動courier-authlib
/usr/local/courier-authlib/sbin/authdaemond start

設(shè)置Courier authentication library開機自動運行，在/etc/rc.local中增加“/usr/local/courier-authlib/sbin/authdaemond start”。

測試：

通過以下命令獲得test@example.com的用戶名及密碼的BASE64編碼：

注：
出現(xiàn)authentication error: Input/output error錯誤的時候
估計是查詢mysql時，authdaemond出錯了。具體要打開authdaemonrc里的：

DEBUG_LOGIN=2??? 原來默認是0

然后看看/var/log/maillog 在認證失敗時有什么提示。根據(jù)提示去檢查問題到底出在哪兒
