For employee, or for employer?share you planning?

all people need to work...

most of us work for life...less people work for interesting...

we also remember it's more and more difficult to get a job when we graduated...

once we have a job, and when we work after several years...

if you feel less and less enthusiasm and passion?

if you feel so boring for your routine working?

if you are boring for the office political?

if you feel some unfair when you are a employee, both for your senior or your boss?

....

so, many people dont wanna be employee any more, they wanna be a employer...for they know, once they successed...means they can decide if give the fair to his employee, and they can enjoy how to driving for BENZ...

but all of us know, it's too difficult to be a employer...and not all person fit for be a employer...and there are many adventure to become a boss...
